Learn to Sing, Learn to Listen

    Join us for a new class on learning to sing and learning about singing! Taught by teacher, performer, composer and conductor Nina Gilbert, this is a wide-ranging course where you will explore your own voice through performance, learn how to actively listen, and increase your knowledge of music theory. No experience necessary, singers and non-singers of all levels are welcome. Class size limit is 20, so sign up early!

    Topics include:

    • Essential singing techniques
    • From vibrato to uvula—the language of singers
    • What makes Sinatra (and others) so great
    • Additional topics requested by participants.
