The First Month Back

It's hard to believe that a month has already passed since our renovation re-opening celebration!  Our opening activities went off without a hitch and it looks as if the improvements to the Museum of Making Music are the highlight of our visitor experience.  So far feedback has been positive.

Some of our favorite comments include one from a Yelp visitor:

"I went the other day with my son and WOW did we have a great time.  It isn't a place to spend the whole day. We took about 2 hours so if you are making a drive maybe plan some other stuff to do in the area.

The employees are SUPER friendly and more then willing to make your visit a great one. Super knowledgeable!  Lots of neat stuff to look at and in every room there is an instrument to play. (steel guitar was my fave)  End room has A LOT of hands on instruments.....You have to wait to use some...depending on how busy it is. For the most part everyone was nice and didn't hog the instruments.
