 The Museum of Making Music is proud to announce its next special exhibition, The Art of the Stompbox, from June 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010. The exhibition highlights the development and use of effects pedals in American roots music and the experimental music scene. The Art of the Stompbox showcases a variety of effects pedals ranging from industrially designed tone-control boxes of the 1940s to the most recent explosion of designer manufactured and art decorated pedals.
